Essentially, a HACCP system is an international standard based on a preventive approach and risk management pertaining to food safety. It is a very exacting, modern, science-based system to ensure safe food production and handling; and is applied at all stages of a food chain, from food production and preparation processes, including packaging and distribution.

These standards govern our operating procedures from selecting the best suppliers right through to the receipt, storage and distribution of products and acceptance by our customers.
